La tertulia

A “tertulia” is a social gathering for individuals with interest in a specific topic to share ideas, news, and discussion. IILA hosts a Spanish tertulia for Mines community members to offer a place to speak Spanish in an informal setting and promote interest in the diverse Spanish-speaking cultures around the world.

Spring Semester 2026:

Wednesdays from 12:00-1:00pm in Berthoud 121 (IILA office)
